When you are in the United Kingdom, you can actually visit a castle every day.

Its like "A Castle A Day Keeps the Boredom Away".

So while hubby was at work I decided to visit another castle nearby,the Lewes Castle which is just a 30 minute bus ride from Brighton.

This is before the entrance to the castle.

This is the 3rd castle I will be visiting after Windsor(Sunday), Arundel(Tuesday).

Entry fee to the castle is 6 pounds. This castle relic is much smaller than Arundel and Windsor so touring it would only require maybe 1-2 hours.

The only downside specially for older visitors is the steep stairs going up to get a good view of Lewes town.
