I had the privelege of staying in Rumah Mertua(translated House of Parents in Law) a small boutique hotel when I visited two world heritage sites in Yogyakarta.

Its one hotel that treats you like a visitor in their family home.
Instead of a telephone call or a buzzer to wake you up, they will knock at your door if you are requesting for a wake up call and they will even bring you breakfast in bed.

You have at your disposal a driver (of course you have to pay) and a Javanese massage therapist, just tell them where you want to go and visit or if you want to shop or have a massage and they will arrange for you at a reaonable price.
I say its reasonable since their room rates are S$45/day and the room is quite spacious and comfortable.
Just to show you how personalized their service is, I was leaving early for my day trip to Yogyakarta and had to leave before the breakfast time. The front desk told me not to worry since they will serve me breakfast in bed before my departure. Where can you get such personalized service? Its like having your own butler at your beck and call.
The hotel location is about 20min away from city center, about 40k rupiah by taxi.
