theme of the master bpm project was the sustainable modernization and repair of a Seventies - Annual administration building in the center of Kassel. Emphasis was placed on the project development and feasibility study, design and building operations costs. In the above feasibility study, the efficiency as well as the feasibility of the project was examined with the goal of a sustainable and forward-looking overall design to find the building and thus to revive.
