reason for this is not to be found in us or our contractors, but our new neighbors who already have nearly finished house next to us. These, or their construction workers, have provided the scaffolding without consultation with us at that time (last year!) built on our soil around the house "in the near future" once with plaster and paint ... Now we stand in the way that we can not begin construction, and our dear neighbors, the rest away, make haste to do something. As long as there is still below freezing at night, will not continue plastered nor painted .... and we "must" wait until you can start at last ....
