Today Cebu launched their Diez Is It! Sale for local destinations with tickets costing P10 each way.
I checked how much a trip from Manila to Puerto Princesa will cost for Aug 27-29.
And the total cost was P1,357.40 (US$34)
Probably by now you know that you have to pay the following:
Taxes : P937.40/person
Seat reservation: P200 for return trip
Web Admin Fee: P200/person
Ticket cost: P20
In contrast Zest Air had a recent sale
Where we paid only P1,018.72(US$25) for the same trip which is broken down to:
Ticket cost: P36.00
Taxes: P982.72
and the good thing is we have free 10kg baggage (with Cebu Pacific its an additional P280/way)
So the next time you look at sale tickets online check with other airlines to compare prices.
